Reviewer Roles

Reviewers are subject matter experts who validate compliance evidence. Each reviewer operates within a defined domain and their attestations become part of the permanent audit record.

  1. Assignment — A document or validation task appears in the reviewer’s queue
  2. Review — The reviewer examines the content, referencing AI analysis findings
  3. Annotate — Add notes, flag issues, reference regulatory requirements
  4. Decide — Approve, reject, request revision, or escalate
  5. Attest — Sign off on the review. This attestation is identity-bound and immutable.
