Teams Integration

AlignSure integrates with Microsoft Teams to deliver compliance notifications where your team already works.

AlignSure posts to designated Teams channels when:

  • A document requires review
  • A compliance deadline is approaching
  • A reviewer completes an attestation
  • An escalation is triggered

When a document is routed to a reviewer, they receive a Teams notification with:

  • Document type and summary
  • Applicable compliance framework
  • Review deadline
  • Direct link to the Reviewer Workspace

Compliance Calendar entries can surface as Teams calendar events, visible in the channel calendar or synced to individual reviewer calendars.

  1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Microsoft Teams in AlignSure
  2. Select the Teams team and channel for compliance notifications
  3. AlignSure posts a confirmation message to verify the connection
  4. Configure which notification types are delivered to which channels
