Teams Integration
AlignSure integrates with Microsoft Teams to deliver compliance notifications where your team already works.
Capabilities
Section titled “Capabilities”Compliance Channel Notifications
Section titled “Compliance Channel Notifications”AlignSure posts to designated Teams channels when:
- A document requires review
- A compliance deadline is approaching
- A reviewer completes an attestation
- An escalation is triggered
Reviewer Assignment Alerts
Section titled “Reviewer Assignment Alerts”When a document is routed to a reviewer, they receive a Teams notification with:
- Document type and summary
- Applicable compliance framework
- Review deadline
- Direct link to the Reviewer Workspace
Calendar Integration
Section titled “Calendar Integration”Compliance Calendar entries can surface as Teams calendar events, visible in the channel calendar or synced to individual reviewer calendars.
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Microsoft Teams in AlignSure
- Select the Teams team and channel for compliance notifications
- AlignSure posts a confirmation message to verify the connection
- Configure which notification types are delivered to which channels
Channel Strategy
Section titled “Channel Strategy”We recommend creating dedicated channels:

You can configure multiple channels for different compliance domains (e.g., #hipaa-reviews, #workers-comp).
