Data Export
AlignSure provides multiple export capabilities for audit preparation, regulatory submission, and business analysis.
Evidence Package Export
Section titled “Evidence Package Export”Generate comprehensive evidence packages for specific compliance frameworks:
Reports → Evidence Export → Select Framework → Select Date Range → Generate
Packages include:
- All reviewed and approved documents within the date range
- Reviewer attestations with identity and timestamp
- AI analysis scores and findings
- Calendar compliance (on-time vs. late reviews)
- Role validation reports
Report Export
Section titled “Report Export”Dashboard reports and analytics can be exported as:
- PDF — For distribution and presentation
- CSV — For spreadsheet analysis
- Excel — For detailed data manipulation
Audit Log Export
Section titled “Audit Log Export”See Audit Logs for audit trail export options.
Data Portability
Section titled “Data Portability”Customers can request a complete export of all their data at any time. Contact your Customer Success Manager or email support@alignsure.com.
The export includes:
- All documents and review records
- Complete audit trail
- User and role configuration
- Calendar entries and history
- Dashboard data and metrics
